Our founder, David L. Tuck, started Electric Power Consulting in late 1997 following a hostile take-over of Continental Power Exchange (CPEX), a company he just helped launch.  CPEX was the nation's first electric energy exchange.  Mr. Tuck has returned to independent consulting with an accumulation of outstanding relationships from previous projects.
